Hello, just came back after about 5 years and when I cancelled my subscription I had a soulstone but I think I left it in my house and the house decayed. Is my soulstone lost forever?

Probably, BUT....
Some people recover soulstones from collapsed houses as deco (or to keep for players that might return). Ask around on your shard's forum if someone might have it (give location of the house, and the time period the house would have fell - about 90-100 days after your subscription lapsed)

Ah, ok, thanks for the response.
The reason I asked was because I thought I remembered hearing something about soulstones just sticking with the account no matter what, but I think it was just the soul stones going into the moving crate of a house when u remodel.

Five years ago is a pretty long time for someone to be holding onto idoc soulstones. I've heard of people that will hold onto soulstones they get from idocs for several months as they try to track down guildmates or friends of the homeowner to see if they want to hold the stones for that person.

If it is lost, you can replace it with the 1st year veteran reward "Red Soulstone", or you can buy a legacy token in-game or from the UO-Store.
