Missing Ship

The High Seas Guide says that you can buy the Tokuno and Gargoyle ships, but I only see the Tokuno ship for sale. I think the third ship is aquired through a quest, but is the other one available to purchase? If so, whom and where do I purchase it from.

To buy a gargoyle ship, find a gargoyle shipwright.
