Missing Demolish Button

Does anyone know what to do when you go to demolish your house and the button to do so won't appear on the house window?

I should add I've logged in and out, the house is IDOC and I'd just like to get the 187k for the foundation that is left.

Make sure your Moving Crate is empty. A lot of the time (though not all the time) if there's something in it, the Demolish button won't appear.

No worries... I remember the first time it happened to me, I was freaking out... never even put the crate and the demolish button together until someone else suggested it.
