Ok, this is a simple question -- so simple I can't believe I can't figure it out.
On some of my chars there is a little bar that shows my buffs and de-buffs (i.e. active meditation, protection, reactive armor, etc.). But on some of my characters it isn't there. How do I get it to come up for these characters? There must be special key. Thanks!
