Missing boat Question!

All I can see of my boat is it cannons and pirate pole.It was fine last Friday when I refreshed it.I keep a note card taped to my monitor so I dont forget it.Had problem with one account being turned off by EA last friday but had it worked out within 6 hrs.Has anyone esle has this problem and if so how can it be corrected?

I have seen a few graphic glitches when I approach another ship - all I see is Cannons and maybe a pirate pole, but when I start 2x clicking cannons, the rest of the ship reappears. If it has been since last Friday since you refreshed it, then it may be lost. It I remember right, boats decay in 5 days if they are not refreshed.
