I haven't checked all of my characters yet, but at least 2 of them are missing anniversary tickets.

Thanks for the tip, but it is not working. All of the characters are many years old, so the age is not a problem.If the characters are older than 30 days, Go to the bank, Open your bank box, Log out and back in and you should get the ticket in your bag.
9 hours? your being quite optimistic now arnt you? Youll be waiting closer for 18 total for all three char. But with the way things are today, after 6 hours you will get a message something like this:Thanks for the tip, but it is not working. Well its not that.There used to be an answer in the official Knowledgebase that indicated your character had to have been logged in some time in the previous year in order to be able to claim a holiday gift. Can't find that Q&A in the Knowledgebase anymore, however. In fact, if you search for just UO-specific Q&A in the Knowledgebase, you only get about 90 results. Makes me wonder if someone's been busy clearing information out of it, just like someone's been quietly been deleting stuff off the UO Herald site so the farthest back you can find anything in the archives (as of today at least) is June 14, 2010.
It seems very odd that all this information is just vanishing without a word to the players. Oh well. I guess whoever's making it disappear thinks we're getting our money's worth just being able to log in and play. Who cares about look-it-up-yourself style support or game history and background info, etc.? That's what forums and Stratics and other sites are for, right? Why should EA pay to maintain that sort of stuff when hopelessly addicted subscribers will do it for free?
Grrrrrrrrrrr.
Anyway, I'll try to do a search of old posts and see if I can find a link to that old Q&A for you on the off chance it still exists. But I'm not hopeful as all the searches I tried in the Knowledgebase that used to bring it up are no longer finding that Q&A.
