Missed out on Halloween

So the first night I had off to do some Halloween stuff in UO... I have a computer malfunction. I was MIA for the entire thing. For the past few years the Halloween events have been my favorite time of year in UO, because my house always benefits from stuff like the Evil Decor, broken stuff from Heritage, etc. Basically I have an 18x18 evil mage tower I'm constantly re-doing.

So, big disappointment for me here this year. Thankfully I still have time left to do the Magincia quests, the invasions, and for some reason they didn't remove pumpkins yet so I can hopefully complete my set of the new names.

Anyone happen to be in the holiday spirit early and want to lend some help filling in some of the missing pieces for me? Mainly I'm looking for one or two of the new spellbooks and a trinket for a display, some bats of both colors, one or two venom sacs and gossamers for a display, and some webs. I had a pretty crappy spider display already, and just when a bunch of items to make it interesting come around, I miss out on it. If I'm forgetting anything... I could probably use that too.

I'm not the richest of people, but I can afford to pay... maybe just not an arm and a leg. If you're someone in the spirit of trading with a fellow decorating nut, I have heritage tokens leftover that I'd be willing to part with. I also have a lot of soulstone fragment tokens. Oh, and I also have a couple accounts to do the Magincia quests with, so I may have some extras of the new rubble to trade. While on that subject, if anyone wants to trade their threads of fate for either of the others, I seem to have no warrior to acquire those with, but my necro has gotten tons of the thought and life. I'd even trade threads on a 2-to-1 ratio (2 of mine for 1 of yours).

Thanks to any who are willing to help me fill in the holes of my collection and make my home and even more dark and creepy place.

Everything's back active, except the trick or treating, so you still have a chance for most of it.

As for threads of fate, what kind of necro are you?

if you're a necro-mage, try finding a poison or fire damage weapon (preferably poison - that's their weakest resist) with mage weapon, and go beat them down, while in vampire form. I got tons of fate threads with my necro-warrior, using a pixie swatter. you should be able to manage fate threads with a mage weapon, and the life leech from Vamp form (hit area, life leech and/or mana leech on the weapon is a plus, and isn't Curse weapon even more life leech?). Wither is useless because they have 100% cold resist. And, don't go to Mag during an invasion - the undead (especially the rotters, and the blood-oath casting bone mages) and soldiers from the invasion are too much a hassle.

Remember that even warriors typically have to run from swarms of corrupted of 5-6 or more, as a fighting retreat, until enough drop to manage the rest.

I might be interested in trading you for a pier post or two, and a couple dishing stumps, though, if you got extras, or need some of the other items (especially the logs and trees - got tons of them)
