I haven't seen one sold in a while, but if my memory serves me correctly, I think one sold for about 5-10M a year or two ago.

Maybe another person can provide their input and get a more accurate price check.

I bought one about a year ago (maybe a bit more) for 20 mil. At the time I hadn't ever seen one. And this is the first one I've seen since.
