Is there a list somewhere for this? Like, the min amount of skill in any spellcasting skill to get no fizzles or fails on any given spell? Not just magery either, although that would be good, but also Necro and SW.

As a matter of fact there is...

- Magery and Necromancy spells require 20 skill points above the minimum requirement to be cast 50% of the time, and 40 skill points above the minimum requirement to be cast 100% of the time.
- Chivlary spells requires 25 skill points above the minimum requirement to be cast 50% of the time, and 50 skill points above the minimum requirement to be cast 100% of the time.
- Bushido, Ninjitsu, and Spellweaving spells require 12.5 skill points above the minimum requirement to be cast 50% of the time, and 37.5 skill spoints above the minimum requirement to be cast 100% of the time.

You can get the "minimum skill" needed from the spellbooks ingame. For all spells except Magery ones. But heres the Magery figures...

- Magery requirements for 100% success chance are the following:

First Circle 20 Skill
Second Circle 35 Skill
Third Circle 49 Skill
Forth Circle 63 Skill
Fifth Circle 78 Skill
Sixth Circle 92 Skill
Seventh Circle 106 Skill
Eigth Circle 120 Skill

Atleast I think these are the correct figures.
I hope this is gonna help you.
