Minimum lumberjack skill to harvest oak?

Seriously mods - can you ban this guy? I'm sick of 15 posts a day to UHall asking questions that are CLEARLY documented elsewhere if he would get off his butt and read.

How old are you mookin? Like 7?

I've PM'ed him to no avail. It was fine the first few times but he has like 100 posts all with new player questions that are ALL DOCUMENTED in FAQ's.
