Mined gems rarity or RNG badluck?

I have been mining lately to gather gems for imbuing and was wondering if others have had similar results?

I have mined up about 100 of all the rare gems , but only about 20 ecru, and about 20 fire rubies.

Bad luck? or are these more rare?

Mining for Gems sux doesn't it? I hope that Imbuing doesn't get released with the same amount of gems needed as was in the beta.

If so, forget magic essance and relics - the real rare ingredient is going to be gems and we will all get used to paying out the nose to scripters for them.

When I was playing around with imbuing I was going through these in the hundreds.

How long does it take you to get 100 of any of these? Waay too long.
