They probably just subtract what the generator produce to get the correct measurement results or if the generator power a battery they don't measure while generator is running
so I don't think it have to mess with the result of the survey

Probably the only reason they didn’t impose Xmas restrictions is because of further backlash, not because it was actually the right thing to do with people’s best interests at heart.

No you just see something that is not there
They most likely do not measure co2 for climate research (to do that in a city would be completely pointless) what they do measure is particles that are dangerous to inhale for humans


And i refuse to think anyone is so stupid that they pay a person to refuel that generator 3 times a day just so they don't have to have a battery there
