Mighty problems!!!

Okay here is the deal, i was working on my bard character for a few hours.. When i recalled back to my house and was gonna switch char.. When i recived my character list half of my characters where GONE !!

I know i havnt been hacked since the characters where there when i logged in first time

Solutions?!

Is your shard in Maintenance?

I saw a similar question regarding the 7th Character Slot, and that was the answer. =)
