Might have found the reason for the upgrade code problem

Last night I ordered an upgrade code from here http://www.uogamecodes.com/store/prod_detail.asp?ProdID=UOSTYCODE&CartID={E77C5355-A95E-43D4-9E7C-666C9DB9A1B2}&PromoID=996 and got the message that there was an error. Today I went to this site and got the code instantly with no error's. http://www.uoherald.com/stygianabyss/launch/ could this be our problem?
