Mesanna, Siege 3rd level not spawned (again), and Cora missing.

we here on Siege would love to participate in the newest additions of the game, yet we're simply not able to since they are not spawning for us. i realize it was forced to re-spawn last night, but now it's completely empty again, and Cora is not there either. Mesanna, can you please look into this?
