Mesanna Pumpkins

Has anyone noticed they spawn very very rarely and you get excited when ones does finally spawn to find it empty... I have been working 2 shards Baja and Catskills and since Oct 1 i have only been able to get a total of 6 Mesanna ones to spawn and of them 3 had masks.. Was there a reason this year the drop rate is so very low? On side note all 3 that were empty came from the Baja shard

There is an equal chance that every name will appear on the Jack o' Lanterns just as often as any other.
