merging two customs need help

so i have 2 customs next to each other ones 16x14 and the other is 11x14 need some help merging the two. thanks.

To clarify, are you wanting to collapse both plots to be able to place a single larger one or are you wanting design suggestions on making it look like the 2 plots are a single space?

We've had some nice examples, this really spectacular one by "Vladmir" (AtlanticVlad) on Stratics.

And one by "Bram":

Perhaps others will recall/dig up examples to share. DevilsOwn mentioned that she had 2 side by side plots at one point, but I'm not sure if she did any "merged plot" designs with them. If she did, they would be good, considering her other deco.

Someone else had a really neat waterfall and stream that gave the illusion of seamlessly going across 2 plots but I can't remember who it was.

Can you take a screenshot of your plots and post it? Also, what kind of theme are you looking for? Do you have a favorite tileset?

I knew there was a huge one somewhere, thanks Tazar that's an outstanding design

unfortunately, all of the good shots of my Malas side-by-sides are stuck on a dead computer next to my desk this is the only one on photobucket and is from when we first built it, somewhere around 2004 (looks like the same spot near Gravewater Lake, Tazar, mine being up on the north side near the fairy tree) ..... I cannot say this was my idea, Max had the house next door and it took a few days for him to convince me to attempt it, and throughout the whole build I'm hollering at him "this won't work!!" ..... Max left and I had those two houses for a few years more and the water effect went thru a few adjustments, and looked pretty good before I left there in favor of some nice plots in Skara Brae

now..... on the old boards there was a shot of, I think, seven or so stone houses all joined together by lava flows, does anyone remember that one?

Ugh, I'm annoyed, I thought I had a large composite of the Forsaken Hellforge (seven homes connected by lava and walls etc), but I just have the individual pages and pics of each house. Boo Sarah! And I forgot to include it on my museums page I threw up cause at the time I started doing museums I was using 100megsfree as a host then switched to a private server (my husbands). So I kind of erm forgot about the five houses I did on 100megsfree...lotta old pics there too! Maybe I'll do a new thread of old dec stuff.

Oh and as per usual you can mouse over the rare items to see their nametag and some containers will open (the cursor will change into a hand). I really worked my butt off for those museums! Glad I did now, most of them are gone or private, it's kind of a nice slice of UO history.
