Hi... Here is the check list we are on step 4. So that means step 5, 6, and 7 are still left.

1. At about 9:30 AM PST 12/05/2007 we will start the shut down of Test Center 3
2. Once Test Center 3 is shut down we will deploy Wednesdays update version 2.1524.0.0
3. We will start up Test Center 3 internally to verify we have deployed properly
4. We will shut Test Center 3 down again.
5. Once Test Center 3 is shut down the 2nd time we will run our merge scripts. This should take about 2 hours.
6. Once we the merge scripts have completed we will start up Test Center 3 internally again and verify that our lots have moved over intact along with everything else.
7. Then we will open Test Center 3 to the public.

Its only 11 AM here but I always go by the its noon somewhere so more drinks!
