About a month ago I could find them all around Tokuno Island and Jhelom. Now all I find Is pirates and other people's boats.

Merchant Ships were have they gone to?

The tokuno ships have soulbound crew now so will appear red

you can kill the ones that have pumpkin heads
with ethereal soulbinders in your backpack...
their souls go into them and when they are mythical (purple),
turn them in at the fellowship (NE of East Britain Mint)...
if you go after the ships with the gargoyles,
make sure you don't use grapeshot or they will attack.
you lose karma if you kill them and I have never had any of their deaths go into the soulbinders.
And on TC, when you killed them, you didn't get credit,
when you went after the other ships for a few minutes after.
