I haven't tried to use PoF on it, but Regine_EAMythic said that PoF doesn't work on the cloak.

If powder really doesn't work on the cloak then im glad i have like 30 of them.

That is not actually correct. There was a bug with the cloaks that caused them to act like a powder of fortification charge... 2x click the cloak, target another item, and the cloak disappeared and the other item recieved +10 durability... This is now fixed!

I do know the new cloaks are blessable, but have not tried to actually powder them...

You cannot use PoF on the cloak but you can repair it.

Screw the search function... ill just post and people reply. So what if it is one extra post on the fourms.
