I would say a range between 150 - 200m depending on the shard and considering they are all together. For example the blaze gold and blue go for about 45m each, some of the special hair dye's are 3 - 12m each depending.

Also some are picky, if it is the original named hair dyes example; "Hair Dye" that would add value to the collection also. If they all say "Special Hair Dye" .. that's the currently obtainable versions. I sold a old named set not long ago for 200m.
