As I saw it the Sultan did not decide his fate. The Sultan allowed those present to vote on his fate and the Virtueless majority voted for execution without trial. The Sultan had stated that he would follow the majority vote and pronounced sentence based on that.

So, next meeting is on Sunday, but time is unknown. Execution is scheduled on 8pm.
