Same thing I say every time there's a meet and greet and this type of talk comes up: if you think there are more important issues, make sure you attend and voice your concerns, even if you get told the same thing (no, we're working on it, etc.)
You'll notice Drakelord is at every meeting asking for the banker, innkeeper etc at the Sonoma Mage Tower. Keep your questions respectful but don't let them forget about it.

I once asked for a Navrey hole @jack flash uk for Sonoma, since ours took a walk off shard a long time ago. To have it placed at the our Sorcery tower, which is own by Broadsword not an individual player, and a place @Mesanna has been to in the past when she replaced our lost Stable master dragon, I was politely told no, but good try. The Tower was build in 2005 by the players of Sonoma donating all that the EM ask for, logs, stone, leather etc. A mong bat banker was placed for our banking needs, an undead Inn keeper to instant log out, a dragon stable master, a human mage and a human fisher. When we lost the banker traffic fell to zero at the tower. The Tower is over 15 years old. And it was only till recently that all its problems started. I am 69 yrs old and really cannot continue this fight anymore, specially when I ask and am told it was in the News letter but there nothing in the News letter that I was asking about.
Hmmm, stacking flax. Maybe that's where all the duped gold is coming from. They may be trying to make it easier to dupe it . . .
While I think asking about flax stacking etc is a pretty big waste of a question (and fix), one of the biggest positives of UO is that it has tons of different avenues people can take and someone that enjoys creating flax is able to do so (personally I'd just buy what I needed and call it a day). Good for this person!
That said, I really wish meet & greets would provide more meaningful insight into what we can expect in the near future. Like what exactly is being worked on so that the invasion can't be turned off and another event turned on? Based on ToT and now the invasion it really seems like they simply flipped a switch for this content so a few hints as to what takes so many resources that a switch can't be turned on would satisfy me (spoiler alert - it's probably something to do with the biggest announcement to ever hit UO
)

I believe that the quality of the questions asked at these meet and greets are directly related to the level of the responses we receive.
The questions asked are easy, mindless, trivial things (most times) because that's what we've come to expect from them. We won't receive a higher quality answer, so why make the effort to ask a high quality question?

I would have thought the player base would bombard Mesanna with the Navrey request at EVERY meet and greet, but I suspect the questions are heavily vetted before hand just like any other bullying dictatorship
But while people still but vcrap form the store, and participate in the woeful idoc changes etc, things will never change. We seem to forget the WE have the power, and without US Messanna has no job. One thing she should NEVER say to paying customers is "no". and certainly not without explanation.

The questions aren't vetted at all. People simply click an object to get put in the queue to ask whatever they want, no matter how crazy.

And the events people ask for (bane) they just flat refuse.
Yep and you know they all saw it, in less than 5 seconds they could have taken a quick look at the actual owner of that account.
That is pretty funny. Like what really needs to be researched aside from "which event has been asked for the most"? Bane/Dreads/Khuldan/Rubble have been the top 4 events requested. Rubble would definitely need to be researched (personally I don't want another rubble event) but the others would essentially be just like what they did for ToT and Invasion (they quickly turned those events on/off).
This was likely just a PC answer to have people think they have been doing something the past few months aside from mowing the lawn and whatever other DIY projects they had around the house. It is fascinating to see how those are shocked by the responses... lol Since when do developers, especially UO, listen to the community? At times, sure, but generally it is the same automated responses or the "we've had a lot of requests for X," but is it true, or is it just them saying this to create a different perception. UO continuously declines each year, which is depressing and disgusting to those who have been committed and remain faithful to the game because it could be so much better... In my opinion. For example, us players are dependent on alternative web browsers to help/guide us. such as uoguide and uo-cah. In all honesty, who even uses what UO provides; UOWiki? Anyways, ya'll should just go with the flow!
PS, they don't care about the RMTing; otherwise, it would've been shut down YEARS ago. Pretty sad how private servers can shut it down and catch it faster, then the actual developers. lol

It is the very producer of UO that employed one of the biggest gold sellers to run the swag shop. Don't fool yourself thinking she doesn't know who AtlanticRealtor is.
For a fun exercise you can try calling those cheats out on the official forum, where they are subject of protection by the moderators. Your post will be gone within an hour and you will receive a warning stating they are fully aware but give every cheat a platform as long as he pays his account.
It is just that bad.
