Meer Enemy -1 in Loyalty Rating

Prior to an EM event my Meer and Bane Chosen was 0 in my Loyalty Rating. After doing the EM Event, I now have a Meer Enemy -1 and Bane Chosen Neutral 1 in my Loyalty Rating. Is there anyway to get both of these back to 0 like they were prior to the event?

i dont think there are any bane followers around to kill....
