Does the 2x mana regeneration from meditation apply to your base rate or does it double the combined mana regeneration of your suit? Thanks

Mana Regen formula is here. In short total regen rate is the sum of MR from equipment + MR from Focus + MR from Med/Intelligence

The only problem with that page is it does not reflect the changes to MR items. MR from items no longer has a cap but each additional point of MR has less effect (ie 1 MR = 1 mana per 10 sec and 2 MR = 1.95 mana per 10 sec, not actually how it works though) and MR from items also gets a penalty for not having GM meditation or focus.
