Unfortunately, our Luna vendor house was very short lived. Because of the unamed house next door owned by Hermione, we are not able to keep our vendors stocked. The next door neighbor keeps buying us out. When we ban their chars, they seem to have endless accounts in order to buy us out.

It's really sad when we try to do our community a good service for good prices just to be slapped by idoits like this.

Please think twice before purchaseing items from these vendors. Others may have put hard work into marking runebooks, makes scrolls, ect. for them to stock on their vendors.

We may come back at another time, and we will leave our vendors up for about a week or so to sell what we have left.

Thank you again for welcomeing our shops on Lake Austin.

Why not just move to another location. I am in tram and do alot of business without putting out runes.

I don’t think I have ever heard of someone shutting down vendors because they have sold stuff.

Tip – Banning someone doesn’t stop someone from buying through your house sign.

Yeah I have to agree, shutting down because you are selling out is like not
taking a bath because you'll only get dirty again (I'm looking at you Tek).
Ok maybe not the best analogy but its the best I can come up with immediately.
I think you should stay where you are and raise your prices because obviously you are on the low end of pricing. Luna houses aren't easy to come by and I would absolutely LOVE to have one of my own. I have one vendor in Luna at a friends house and it does pretty well and I definitely do NOT let "fair market price" dictate what I expect for my junk.
I guarantee that if you have products people need/want you can charge a little more to compete with this knucklehead neighbor and still make bank while keeping a few things on your vendor.
Just mho.

Another possibility to consider, if you don't want to try the options given above, is to rent out your vendor spots to someone else. The ideal "someone else" would love the challenge of beating your neighbor at their own game. Just a thought.

How about turn this into a real deal for you... open up a "Scribe School" or even a full out "Crafters Co-Op". Your students can load up their wares on vendors there and recoup their gold used in training supplies! Set up a room with all the desks/chairs so it actually looks like a school even. Could also add some of the other crafts as classes for the school and stock those items en mass as well. Everyone wins. Your neighbor gets an extreme large quantity of the items you say you cannot stock fast. Your students can gather at specific times weekly or more and turn it into a social event as well... maybe trading BOD's or sharing imbue secrets (buy the school house a Soul Forge). This could actually be a BLESSING you have found! Use your imagination and this could BENEFIT you!:thumbup1:
