Do you know how long this will roughly last? I must say one thing I miss about the old startics are the litte green or red dots telling us if EAL is opened or not

Sooooooooooooooo....I log on and nope, no CC returned This has gotten so out of hand and I do believe that EA should do whatever they can to make the customers that have dedicated so much effort and time to make this game enjoyable for themselves as well as others happy for the short time they have left to play. If they can't replace the CC they "stole" then they need to compensate with the RL dollar equivalent to the spent simoleans. 20. RL dollars per 10k simoleans seems to be the going rate they charged on ATM. I know I spent a minimum of 50k simoleans to furnish my homes and I have NOTHING to show for it I know the Devs are trying, but at this point I don't believe its enough. EA needs to step it up and bring back the "fun" factor in the game for the remainder of our time there...GIVE US BACK OUR CC...OR PAY US THE RL EQUIVALENT!!!!!

I just find it really funny that the only CC left on any of my lots are either Lava game cards or Name that money game cards. LOL.

We have a hard enough time getting our money back for the billing they haven't fixed. The chances of them giving back any money for CC is slim to none in my view. But if it happens, I will be the first to eat my words.. with a little seasoningSooooooooooooooo....I log on and nope, no CC returned

Parizad, Thanks for all your efforts to fix this problem. It appears that the game is running smothly so far. Avyi hon this is a game its suposed to be fun, has the last week here been fun for you? All I've heard it people complain about freezing, not being able to work, losing creative content they spent simoleans on. ect. ect. My suggestion that Parizad visit us, is only to experience the players views first hand. Hope things stay as smooth as they seem now.

I have also been trying to get a refund ( for the last months billing on 2 accounts) but EA made sure to make that impossible. I simply plan on disputng the charges, I do not think they have a leg to stand on if they try and make the charges stick.

No it has not, that is why I sent email after email after email with the subject line Ea Land Unplayable....and this has nothing to do with what I was pointing out. I officially left the game and these boards yesterday, never meant to come back here. Got called back though "They are fixing some bugs now!" and came to have a look at that.
Silly that I can't let things go but wth, here we go again.
Good on you for doing things, too bad you didn't communicate that you would do something, before everyone had already left.
I tried my old store and warehouse lots now;
Store: No cc "came back" but I could stay on the lot for a while without getting booted. Tried reordering the Logwarts set that has strangely remained the whole time. We'll see if that remains in my inventory.
Warehouse: No cc "came back" but I conducted an experiment and moved some boxes around and put them where the cc used to be.
So far these actions haven't booted me from the lot, so I'm assuming the cc is "gone" from those spots and I should theoretically be able to place new things there now.
One sim who hasn't been playing, he used to have his whole inventory gone/cleared (catalog items + 3 cc items) got his inventory back and it contains those three cc.
One sim had some cc left in inventory, didn't dare to log him in before, he was able to put it on the lot and when the next guy entered the house the cc was still there.
We'll see what happens. A shame everyone already left the game since there was no communication that you might be looking into this.

All my CC was back in its place - took some screenies real quick, and I managed to do some rounds at the factory without being logged off.........Im a happy camper now!

I'm more positive now too, have restocked the things I had left and it seems to be going well so far. Even started selling some again.

hehe me too Raisin and Debslee. Happy here too. It was nice to be able to open the house, without freezing 20-30 times beforehand. The house soon filled with people yelling at themselves in the mirror *sighs* happy sounds.
