[Discussion] Maximum Properties Values?

Hi People! Hoping someone can share with me a resource for maximum properties each item can have. I am just returning after long break from UO and all this gear is crazy these days compared to 5 years ago. I'm looking for something that tells me (for example) max HCI on a weapon, jewel, shield , etc..

I found this on stratics http://stratics.com/items/magic-item-properties/maximum-discovered-properties/ but it doesn't seem to be accurate, since I have found things in my loot that have higher values. For example this says max SSI on shield is 5%. I can see this is not correct since I have items that have 10%.

Anyone have a better resource they would like to share with this noob

I think your list is more up to date to be fair mate. That UOGuide page says "This page was last modified on 19 May 2012".

I have seen Mana, Stam, HP Regens as high as 9 on weps, not sure if it is just on two handed weps or not though.

Only exception is ranged. max hci/dci on ranged (archery and throwing) is 25. max hit spell is 50. max mana leech is 50, but sometimes its a hidden 70 (meaning you can imbue it with 30 ssi and it will remain at 50 instead of going lower.

Would someone mind telling me what this scythe is worth if anything. Seems like some decent stats and haven't played since imbuing but maybe that could help too?

RPD capped at 15 (imbue) & 20 (reforged & loot).
Only artifacts are 25-30% so far.
