[/ QUOTE ]skill jewelry works. deathstrike damage will be based on your modified skills in ninjitsu, hiding, & stealth

[/ QUOTE ]Tracking can add up to 20 damage to your deathstrikes. If you deathstrike someone you are tracking it will have 3 effects.
1.) Your deathstrike will do an extra 1 point of damage per 10 points in tracking (20 tracking = +2 damage & 100 tracking = +10 damage)

2.) Your deathstrike will do extra damage based on the straight line distance from where they were standing when you tracked them and where they are standing when you deathstrike them. This can do up to 10 extra damage. They need to be something like 11 to 15 steps away from their original location in order for you to get the full +10 bonus. (The idea is you select a target and stalk it from stealth for a while before you strike. In practice I think people with eloborate macros track in the middle of a running battle more often than not.)

3.) You will lose your tracking lock on the target (This means you have to retrack them if you want to get the tracking bonus on future deathstrikes)
