If I have 150 Str. and +hp on armor what's the cap on hit points? Is there one?

+25 HP is max. So at 150 Str & +25 HP, you will have 150 HP. Drinking pots will not increase it.

Wolf/Bake Kitsune form can put you at 170

Yea the Macing mastery, Bard mastery and wolf/bake can get your char over 150. I know some of them will stack I got my ninja to 190 in wolf form in party with a provo bard.

Max non-buffed HP 150, with some buffs, you may very well exceed 200-maybe 210. (it would be very hard to sustain this cap of HP)

Macing Mastery, Wolf Form, Bard-songs (provocation) all over-cap the 150 soft-cap & stack.
