Recently got this in an IDOC and by a google search (UO Stratics - Stories & Secrets - Items & Artifacts - Atlantic) it seems to be an old seer item. Am looking for more info, is it indeed a seer item? And what do you think something like this could be worth?

I can't see the screenshot since i'm at work but I found it interesting that "Nails Warstein" a collector on Catskills had something that sounds awfully similar to the name of this item in his list of items for sale... Like I said though I can't see the screenshot but in Nails long list of items for sale back in 2006 "Master Of Uzeraan’s Riddles Hat "was one of the items he had for sale. The list is on the uoforums:

apparently it sounds like he originally listed the thread here on stratics but the list he had I found there on UOForums. I'm not saying it's not a seer item, I Just wanted to help shed some light on its history if this is the same thing nails owned... It said in the listing that his museum is south of vesper bank bridge on catskills

I know nails house may have idoced in the past so this could be a recovered relic that a person who attended said idoc locked down in a box in their house. I would love to see this in the hands of the original owner if it's for sale.
