massive stamina loss,bug?

some of my characters have a massive stamina loss,is this a bug?
1 char in lama form, out of stamina in 3-4 screans while running,a bit longer if walking

other char on charger of the fallen,same problem


never had this before.

I have one character that can run naked and lose all her stamina in just a couple of screens... while my others can run from one end of Britannia to the other and have no problem.

I have no idea what this is... someone suggested crossing a server line... I tried but it didn't help... you might see if it helps you. When I paged... I was standing in my house waiting for a GM (2 hrs)... to be informed that my stamina was fine now... feel free to page again should I have a problem. Guess I should have ran around UO letting my stamina drain and hoped that they would be able to locate me.

My characters that have no focus, not even a little, run out of stamina very fast. and if they are elves, it's even worse

Running in ostard form from the Ilshenar Humility moongate to the entrance of the Kirin Passage gets me exactly from 100 to 50 stamina.
Everytime.

It's annoying, but what is even more annoying is going from 100 to 40 in 1/10th of a second every time I meet a lich, aka necrospellspamma!

Use Ki-Rin form for travel. It regenerates stamina. You'll never go below 99% for more than a split second.

And carry food.

Wouldn't bet on that, I run 95% elf characters and have found ONE of mine who has dexterity of approx 40 points runs out of stamina in 2-3 screens all the time, mounted and unmounted, while others with a base of 10 points in dex WILL go at LEAST ten times, if not more, as far. I thought maybe it was because she was my tamer and they were different or something, however having another elf tamer that does NOT have the same issue kinda blew that thought out of the water.

I actually 'believe' this character is bugged.

And you checked to see if you have stamina regain on any piece of armor yes? 2 points of stamina regain = unlimited run

Here is the answer. SR2 is all that is needed to maintain the lost stamina from running. Humans, should not need any SR2, as they have JOAT 20 Focus.

If you have 20 focus, or a SR2 item you are good to go.

Semi correct with the stamina regen ideas....

For PVP, to never run out of stamina (even while getting chain pain spiked) you need to be human, WITH stamina regen 3 across your suit.

Elf's need at least 5 worked into their suit to have the same effect.

Ki-Rin form is great assuming you have ninjitsu on your template.

I have yet to make one, but isn't it a rumor that gargoyles also have a stamina sap while flying? Figure at least 4 to never run out while fighting.

From my experience with gargoyles you need 6 stamina regen to be effective.

Yeah, you don't understand something about the game. Or something is missing from a suit of yours. Must definitely be a bug.

2.problem is since SA release

i have characters with 10dex they never run out of stamina,and others looks like they have lungcancer in the last phase


weird things happen since SA, example,1 character,if i play him,after a couple of time the whole client crash, if i relogin,the character cast "vas an ort"

And your dex value has nothing to do with stam regenaration.
My naked human with 10 dex will run full speed unlimited times farther than your elf with 0 focus skill with super crazy pvp pwnage uber 1337 900000 trillion gp suit that has 0 stamina regen even if you some how manage to get 200 stam/dex on your little elf.

2nd, animal forms drains stamina about 3 times faster than running on foot/mount

3. if it's a bug because you dont know what you are doing then somehow your playing skill has "bugged" your characters.

4. I have 14 account w/ 3 additional house holder accts and the 92 characters I have across 3 different races have yet to work different than how they are supposed to work.

5. YES my elf with no focus skill and 0 stam regen on my suit/item run out of stam very very quickly and this is true for the 30+ elven characters I have, and when I do go into mounted speed animal forms and has zero(0) stam regen on my suit having 10 stam is only enough for me to run about 1 screen before I am exhausted.

YES your character might be bugged BUT...

Chance of your char is bugged: 1%
Chance of you **** of a GM and he puts a perma stam drain curse on you: 1%
Chance of you dont know what you are doing: 98%
