Massive lag spikes on europe

hi over the last 2 weeks we have been having lag spikes everything freezing for up to 15 seconds and on occasions losing connections can we please look into this asap it is causeing massive problems and i really can not believe that broadsword dont know this is happening

Interesting aside: this seems to be, from comments in global, a UK thing, rather than Europe.

Same - had these for a few weeks now from the UK. Seems to be especially happening immediately after log in or recalling.

Although once I've had one, logging out and back in quickly seems to rectify the problem, for a time at least...

Same here. Happens alot when logging in or crossing server lines. Does not happen on Atlantic or Siege.

We have been noticing this for the last week, it's really bad in the evenings but it can happen randomly any time, even in my house, total freeze for some seconds.
