I'm all god on Siege, tried Atl, and it seemed ok too
I am on the West Coast using the CC and I see no problems with Alt.
People asking these questions need to provide way more info then just is anybody else getting lag.
Client, where you are at, shards with problem, shards without problems, trace the more info you provide the better the answer might be to fixing your problem.
I like to know for sure it's not on my end before I go pointing fingers. I'm not even sure the stratics listed IP is correct for atlantic now (107.23.95.234) but I've got 3 hops with 100% packet loss and 3 hops after that are completely timed out.

Doesn't matter if it's luna, tram or fel
Will play fine for 5min then completely freeze for a solid 20seconds sometimes resulting in disconnects.

Using the classic client, I had several lag episodes and full disconnects while playing on Origin late last night, at approximately 1:15 a.m. Eastern Time. Was north of east Britain in Trammel trying my hand at digging up treasure chests. Also today at 3:15 p.m. Eastern Time just outside the entrance to Shame in Trammel.

Same issue for me since last patch, disconnects and some lag at times. Atlantic Shard, happens at random times without regard where I am or what Im doing.
Might be good to try to note exact or close-to-exact times, in case the lag and disconnects are occurring at the same time that another shard (or shards) is undergoing maintenance or some kind of an update (e.g., various times between the top of the hour and half past?).
Real bad lag for me now on great lakes using enhanced at 4pm est, run two spots pause for 2 seconds...
