Mass house collapsing

Hi all,

did any of you saw that house decay is active again?

When i logged in today and i checked the house of a friend, which i know will get to commended status, when house decay gets alive. - I saw the house is still in good shape.

So i believe they haven´t activated it still.

By when will they change it?

I would assume it would not be active untill after serverup. Which server were you checking ?

I checked Europa today after server up.

give them time to get out of bed and get to work... I am sure they will switch it on 9am local time then you got to wait 5 days hehe

The said they would be turning it back on, on the 17th. It's just now the 17th. The devs didn't work yesterday it was a holiday.

I imagine they'll be flipping the switch today.

It will probably be server up tomorrow before the housing server updates.

I'm on Europa and the place next to me has been IDOC for ages. I've been waiting for it to collapse so a friend can use the plot.

I thought it was activated on 16th, then changed to 17th. Didn't they also say they were giving players a 5 day grace period to get sorted if needed. Maybe we have to wait for that.

Also what happens to all the possessions in a house when it falls?

Here is how house decay works;

First you have 90 days of account inactivity before a house is supposed to begin decay. Nothing on the house sign indicates an account is unpaid.

Then, you have approximately 5 days before the house will fall. You can usually only save it by reactivating the account within the first 4 days. It risky to wait 'til the 5th day. During this stage the house sign displays the status or stage of decay. In Danger Of Collapsing is the final stage.

Also what happens to all the possessions in a house when it falls?

Most of them fall to the ground. Some remain hanging in the air. I believe deeded items still go poof.
