Marking Items, How?

I have never been able to mark any item as being created by me. What do you need to do this? Mondains Legacy?

on the tinker menu click on the mark item button also you need to be at 100 skill the button needs to say mark item if it says do not mark you need to change it it could also say prompt flint ls shard

Well I know about the mark item box, I'm just not a GM tinker, but I am over GM in smithing and still none of those are marked.

when you go to craft with your smith make sure the item you are making says it can hold gm mark if not it wont for anyone
