Mare and Bake magery stuck at 92.1

I have a Mare and a Bake who are both stuck at 92.1 magery, is this a magic number?

Both are 6xGM except for magery and gained well on Shadow Ele's and each other.

I've tried summoning Water Ele's for them to dispel but they kill them too quick.

Is there some trick to training magery with Water Ele's that I don't know.

I play on Seige so don't have the blue training option, maybe this affects Water Ele training.
