Just curious as to where it comes from.

I think that it is cut up wedding dresses from retrieving the chests from
MIBs

it does come from the antique wedding dresses from fishing

Be sure that the tailor is 100-120, you get an extra yard of cloth when you snip the wedding dress

Aye - just unraveled 2 Ironwood bows and a Driftwood bow - 120 Garg Imbuer at Queen's forge - got Enchanted essenses

BTW - if you make a hat with the cloth, you can imbue it as well...

Also if you have a gargoyle you can make the cloth armor out of it and imbue that as well. I used the Halloween cloth and imbued a super awesome outfit for one of my gargoyles.
