Maps & Names

Long ago back in 2000 I believe, there was a program called UOMap.
I used that and found it very good to doing maps and such.
But now when I try and download uoam I get a message that it was not completely downloaded. I do have uocartography downloaded, but I do not see names of the towns when I open it.
What am I doing wrong with this program?

Is this the only good program for Maps or is there another one that I can use to help me out.
Yes I also have uoassist.

I cant seem to get labels in uoCart either, not sure if they even exist in UOCart...

I downloaded it a year back. It doesn't show Ter Mer but the rest is still useful. I'm continueing to use it when I want a detailed map until they work more of the bugs out of UOCartographer. I downloaded UOCartographer once and it was to much hassle due to quirks it had. Trying to get it ti work and stay working must be a PitA.

My cartographer list everything from mage shops to points of interest. Not sure what you kids did wrong or what I did right
