mannequins/friended to house

I was informed/warned that people that are friended to your house and use a certain program, can remove items from mannequins, it this true and if it is, why don't I know about this lol ty for info. anyone?
was told it still works and is an illegal program highly used. i dont know much but ive had many items go missing off mannequins before, mostly legendary armor, worried about event stuff. need to know asap.

i thought that was fixed too. along with the glitch that allowed you to steal arrows from mannequin's quivers for stealing gains.
