Mannequin problem, lost items?

i was on a female char with female tunic and female shorts. i attempted to switch suits with a male mannequin, not thinking, and the mannequin took my suit, but the tunic and shorts disaappeared. i reclaimed the suit, still missing.

not in my pack
not in bank
not under house sign
not in moving crate

redeed mannequin, nothing happened.



any ideas?

well i got on that char on pc with dress macro,and did its dress macro and they came back from somewhere. no idea where, like they were hidden or something.

Glad you found your shorts... could have been worse... could have this problem:

Usually if you switch a male/female suit like that you'll get a message that it dropped to your feet.

i used to wonder if these disappearing items on Mannequins were dropping into their backpack. but then i realized that they were going invisible when i started using the EC dress macros and they were reappearing.

There is a bug with mannequins that will delete items if moving around. You are better off using Vendors to avoid this bug for now

The bug forum is inactive, maybe we should create a bug thread to keep track of bugs... and possibly chase Dev to help resolve them asap.
