Mana Leech vs Mana Drain

As a returning Necro/Mage. I have been using wraith form. It says 20% mana drain. Does that mean I gain no mana as opposed to mana leech?

No. It means you both gain mana and the target loses mana. Which also means when the target is out of mana you leech nothing.

So drain and leech are the same then. Thanks
They are not the same.

Hit Mana Leech is a weapon property, that converts weapon damage you do into an amount of mana. It does not reduce the targets mana pool.
Hit Mana Drain is a weapon property, that reduces the targets mana but does not return anything to you.
Wraith Form's 'Mana Drain', converts any damage you do from spells or weapons into an amount of mana based on your Spirit Speak skill, this both restores mana to you and depletes the target, so when they run out you no longer gain anything.
