Enhanced Client Malas void starfield texture issue

The starfield that surrounds Malas used to be one of the coolest pieced of art in KR and the EC. It used to be a clean, detailed texture with a warble effect. Now, its a stretched streaky mess (and has been for the last several years), except right beneath your character.

Atmospherics add to immersion. Please fix!
