Could you give us the measures of the house? 10x15?

I can't give you the exact measurements as I didn't place it, but....

The maximum secure storage is 1518, the maximum lockdown is 759 and maximum vendor count is 28.

It does appear that there is room to make it larger on the north and west sides though by one tile

Vendor search won't be live for a few more months, can easily make back what one puts into this house and triple that by the time vendor search rolls live by running a shop here
