Making a return? Looking for PvM advice...

I'm looking at coming back to Ultima and I have a few questions...

What are the "end game" monsters to fight for PvM? When I last played it was mostly Lady Mel.

Has Luck been reworked? If so, what's the max you can get now (without statue or perfection bonus)

Is farming with a greater drag still the way to go? Or should I also reactivate my sampire account?

Peerless bosses, spawn bosses, maybe Slasher and Medusa down in the SA dungeon. Shame level 5 should still drop good stuff.

Afaik it´s based on the monsters fame and your luck. Good luck and welcome back.

The stygian dragon and the Slasher of veils are both real beasts... also the high seas monsters, who I've only seen once a long time ago, I just remember dying, a LOT.... Charbdys and Scalis I think? Fake Cthulhu's if you ask me....
