I would go a bit farther than that.

I would make rare fish only catchable using baits. No bait used no rare fish.
Of course, the higher the skill used in combination with the bait, the higher the chances to catch a rare fish.

Make the boost timer from eating a fish pie also stackable. That is, eat 1 pie gets 5 minutes, eat 6 pies one after the other gets the boost effect up for 30 minutes......

There is more I would change in regards to fishing and fishing orders but since this tread is about pies I will limit my suggestions to those 3.

All of the above suggestions regarding pies sound sensible to me. All I'd add is a request to please make the pies less expensive to create by lowering the cost of ingredients so that chef's could actually sell them. Who wants to pay so much for a rather brief boost?

Oh just had another thought regarding things which could stack that do not stack...the bottles of fish food we buy to feed our fish, in our aquariums, should stack up too, like buyin potions in bottles, or how bottles, would stack.

The *vacation* fish tank fish food disks, we may buy, do not stack, either.
