Make Murder Counts Permanent

I don't see why people should be able to "burn off" murder counts.

If people are so concerned with "Murderers" in the game then lets make it permanent. Once you hit 5 you are perma red forever.

I don't think we need another duplicate thread. The equivalent post in the other thread should suffice.
