With the new changes making scrolls is your new friend for inscribe gains! Do the NH quest to 50 recalls to mid 50s then your set.
I had all these bark fragments sitting around from lumber jacking, so my cook turned all these into wood pulp(water+bark=pulp) had a few gains doing this. Wood pulp makes two things scrolls and scroll binders,for every pulp you get 5 scrolls, find out how much you have room for stone wise and divide by 5 grab this many wood pulp.start making scrolls and reserve do this until mid 70s and start making spell books. these spell books started as bark so for water your getting gains twice once from the scrolls and again from the spell book.
