While the general populace of our fair realm doth seem to be either occupied pursuing great evil or robbing and murdering innocents, else they have fled our lands to other places we continue onward. On the 1st day of May in the year of our Lord 2008, Majestic Oaks auction did rap the table and the sound of the auctioneers gavel did ring through the building. Spring is upon us, and the warmth of the long days of summer approach thus the Majestic Oaks family commenced with its annual meeting.
Our Monday Night Majestic Madness crew hath undergone some substantial changes in staff. We are happy though to announce that events continue on Monday night, the next being the 19th of May in the Year of Our Lord 2008. Upon this date there shall be held a journey into the world of Shame. Those stalwart souls gathering at the castle shall venture into the dank, dark depths in pursuit of riches and glory! (Or simply to win prizes and have some fun)
Majestic Oaks Auction crews are comprised of many familiar faces, Ethereal's always cool and composed presences leads Wednesday night, with Logan, Sid and myself Melian. Thursday is lead by the ever boisterous, funny and in your face antics of DJ Scorp with his lovely ladies Princess Melody and Emerald Ice. Our good Lord Pratt now toils in the background but like a smelly mongrel dog.. he'll show up again.
Each and every Wednesday and Thursday at 8 p.m. CST we round up merchandise and gold to sell to others in the realm seeking, and reward the quick witted, best dressed or other deserving patrons with gold from our treasury and donations from our patrons. Xevei of Bank Sitting Slackers guild is the reigning Trivia champion averaging between 200,000 and 300,000 gold coins per auction. Are you the one to unseat him? Other trivia winners in the fray have been Joe Dirt, Doug Ravene, Draco Hammer, Izabo, Ghost and Dani.
To add some variety, we've instituted some new website games. By visiting www.uo-moa.net you can find buried in our list of items in the Magical Sorting Chests answers to trivia, puzzles and other games which when the auctioneer asks for them if your clever enough to find or solve them and fast enough on a keyboard can win you 100,000 gp per game.

Lately we've had a lot of our Majestic Oaks family wander off after the bidding stops. I think winter's cabin fever took a toll. It isn't wise for those of us who live life in the "pit" to venture out of the auction house. Many of us have lost our natural ability to find our way around the city streets of Britannia. Iggy the Great, Lady Liesha and Ghost have all braved the long journeys to return our wayward staff.
