Magincia moongate?

I don't keep track of events as much as I probably should. I know Magincia was destroyed... but for a while the one-way moongate was still available. What happened to it? I don't see it as an option when using a public moongate now.

Is it currently being vamped for New Magincia? I will probably sail there with a boat, but I'm curious about the moongate itself.

With the current story arch, the Bane Chosen have set up an altar in place of the moongate on Magincia. I would assume that once Magincia is rebuilt it will get a new moongate; however that remains to be seen as there have been indications that each shards "new Magincia" could be different, or not rebuilt at all.
